Giving Tuesday 2025…Powered by Charities Institute Ireland

In our ongoing collaboration with Charities Institute Ireland, we are proud to support them in the roll out and activation of the Giving Tuesday 2025 campaign.

This year’s campaign, powered by Charities Institute Ireland, shines a spotlight on the leadership, generosity, and impact of volunteer Boards of Trustees across Ireland.

In the lead up to, and on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, we are encouraging charities nationwide to unite to thank their Trustees, share inspiring stories, and encourage more people to consider volunteering at board level. Trustees provide strategic guidance and governance that strengthens charities and helps them deliver vital services to communities.

With over 76,000 Trustees serving 11,500 registered charities, these volunteers are the backbone of a sector worth €32 billion annually and employing one in eight workers.

This year’s theme, “Celebrating Volunteer Boards of Trustees”, focuses on two key strands:   

·       Celebration and thanking Trustees for volunteering their time, expertise and leadership.

·       Inspiring others to step forward and volunteer for a charity board.
